The number of positions currently vacant in the company is known as open jobs, and it is about hunting for suitable candidates to fill the vacancy. The HR department should take on various roles and responsibilities in the process of job opening.

Companies will continuously seek new staff due to the expansion of the business, staff turnover, the initiative of new projects, etc. This will facilitate the freshers joining the company and contribute to the company’s goals.

The job openings of the company will be generally published on the company’s website, job search websites, job boards, local newspapers, etc. Initially, the jobseeker should find out the status of the job.

Number of Open Positions is the number of jobs that are currently open.
